With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience—including the past 8 years as a full-time home inspector—Bob brings a deep, practical understanding of residential construction to every inspection. His foundation was built early, working alongside his father from the age of 12, where he developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail that still define his approach today.

After leaving a corporate career in 1999, he spent years in the home improvement industry, specializing in exterior remodeling—windows, doors, siding, and roofing—gaining valuable insight into the layered complexities of home construction. Today, he applies that knowledge through a disciplined, methodical inspection process that ensures no detail is overlooked.
